LD-79 is a compact 79GHz high-precision millimeter-wave obstacle avoidance radar with a dual-beam antenna design.
It has the advantages of being small size, high sensitivity, stable performances, lightweight and easy integration. The high sensitivity allows it to accurately detect small targets up to 15 meters away. LD-79 radar also has sensitive angular discrimination capability to improve operational efficiency, ensuring safe operation while reducing false alarm rates.
Besides, LD-79 used together with autopilot can achieve autonomous obstacle avoidance and significantly reduce the false alarm rate.
Thanks to its ability to reliably sense and report the obstacle information, LD-79 is widely applied in various obstacle avoidance scenarios.
